We are looking to recruit someone with knowledge of payroll and purchase ledger for maternity cover (approx 9-12 months).

Working as part of a small team your job role will include:

  • Posting purchase ledger invoice (largely against Purchase Orders)
  • Generating and making supplier payments
  • Managing the tracking any credits due from suppliers
  • Managing supplier queries
  • Weekly payroll for 100+ staff including all HMRC submissions (using Moneysoft)
  • Bank Reconciliation
  • Nominal account reconciliations
  • Input of milk supplied by farmers and processing of payments
  • Other administrative tasks
