Pork Chops with Cheese and Beer
These chops are grilled and have a delicious topping
 
Ingredients
4 pork loin chops
114g (4oz) Dew-Lay Lancashire cheese, grated
1 teaspoon mustard
4 tablespoons brown ale
   
  Method
1 Place the chops on the grilling tray
   
2 Grill for 10 minutes, turning the chops, depending upon thickness
   
3 Mix together the cheese, mustard, ale and spread over the chops.
   
4 Return to the grill until the cheese has melted
   
5 Serve garnished with tomato and watercress
