pork loin chops |
| 114g (4oz)
Dew-Lay Lancashire cheese, grated |
| 1
teaspoon mustard |
| 4 tablespoons
brown ale |

Method |

Place
the chops on the grilling tray

Grill
for 10 minutes, turning the chops, depending upon thickness |

Mix
together the cheese, mustard, ale and spread over the chops. |

Return
to the grill until the cheese has melted |

garnished with tomato and watercress |
