Made by Dew-Lay the traditional cheesemakers of Garstang, Lancashire, Garstang Blue Lancashire is a genuine new product and has been in development for 4 years

.

Made using the Dew-Lay home-brew starting culture. The starting point is a genuine Lancashire cheese, which is matured and blued at a secret location until ready for despatch.

The first cheeses are now ready and can be tasted at IFE.
